Programs Offered
CMBA offers a wide range of options for your child to play the game of baseball in a safe and fun-filled environment.
Target age group is kids turning 3, 4 and 5 in that calendar year.
Kids are introduced to the skills of baseball by student instructors.
Six (6) week program consisting of one night per week per age group in July and/or August. Dates and times to be determined and are dependant on final registrations numbers.
The typical cost is approximately $40 per child and includes a Little Sluggers t-shirt and medal)
Target age group is kids turning 6 thru 18 in that calendar year.
Typically one game and one practice slot per week.
Starts in late May and ends prior to September.
The typical cost is $125 and each child is provided a team jersey, pants and ball cap.
Rep Teams
CMBA offers competitive travel teams for kids turning 8 thru 18 in that calendar year. Tryouts are held in September for the following season.
Typically one game or practice date during the week and weekend games including double headers. Teams will also represent Chatham in out of town tournaments including the Ontario Championships each summer.
The season concludes the first week of September.
The typical cost is $125 for registration plus an approximate travel team assessment of $400.
Challenger Baseball
We offer both a youth (Maximum age is 18 years old) and an adult league.
Challenger baseball is a program for players who have physical or cognitive disabilities. This program provides an opportunity to enjoy the full benefits of minor baseball participation at a level structured to their abilities.
The program allows them to be part of a team and develop their social skills and build their self-esteem.
One night per week starting in June and ending in August.
The typical cost is $65 per participant.
